Much like the industry giant Hewlett –Packard, LPS Express had humble beginnings in a makeshift shop area of the owners’ garage. Roger & Debbie Krick founded the company in the spring of 1992 with a goal to help the environment while providing high quality remanufactured toner cartridges to businesses in the Springfield area. The original name, Laser Printer Services, was shortened to LPS Express in 1998 when the company incorporated.

LPS operated out of several different locations in the downtown area of Athens, Illinois before purchasing its current building on Rt. 29. LPS Express has greatly expanded its product line to include all types of laser printer cartridges, fax cartridges, ink jets and copier supplies.

LPS now offers a full range of office products to its customers. LPS’ office staff are in constant communication with some of the largest wholesalers in the industry. Highly trained personnel work to find customers the best product for their needs at the best price available. LPS’ skilled shop employees remanufacture 25 different types of cartridges on site. Experienced on site service technicians are available for laser printer repair and maintenance.
