1. On site repairs - Springfield and a 20 mile radius of Athens. There is a
   $60.00 trip call charge plus a $60.00 hourly rate (1/2 hour min.) plus parts.
   We will diagnose the problem and give you an estimate of the repair cost
   for your approval. We stock most repair parts for HP printers so there is
   usually no need to wait for parts.
2. In house repairs - Printers dropped off and picked up by our customers at our Athens facility will be diagnosed in one working day and we will call you with an estimate. There will be no trip call charge. Other charges will apply as above.
3. On site Preventive Maintenance - From $90.00 depending on your printer and accessories (please call for quote). Our technician will provide a comprehensive, professional execution of the preventive maintenance recommended by the manufacturer of your laser printer and more! Maintenance Kits or other needed parts would be extra.
4. In house Preventive Maintenance - From $60.00 depending on your printer and accessories (please call for quote). Printer is dropped off and picked up by the customer at our Athens facility. Other charges will apply as above in 3.
5. Fixed diagnostic - We will inspect your printer and diagnose the problem for a flat rate of$90.00. Many times we can make the repair without parts during the diagnostic, otherwise we will give you an estimate for the repair.

• No parts will be installed or additional labor done without your prior authorization on any service.

When you call, please tell us the make and model of your laser printer and describe what it is or isn’t doing. There may be something you can do and save the cost of a repair call.
