If you are happy with our service you will call us again. There are times when the printer is not worth the cost of the repair. We will inform you of the estimated costs as soon as it can be determined so you can make an informed decision.

The LPS in LPS Express stands for “Laser Printer Services”. Laser printer repair and maintenance is our specialty, with over 12 years of experience. We service all  HP laser jet printers and some Lexmark laser printers. The following are a few of our repair customers that we are proud to serve.

When you call for a repair, please tell us what the complete model number of your printer is. A sample of some HP models are LJ 5, 5L, 5P, 5Si, and color 5. They are all different, so it is important to have the correct model number so we bring the right parts etc.

Tell us what the problem is in as much detail as possible. If your printer is showing an error code or message, tell us what it is. We may ask you to try something yourself that could save you the cost of a repair call.

For example, if you have a “50 service” error you should turn off and unplug your printer for 20 minutes. This may clear the error. Or, if you have certain print defects, you may want to try another toner cartridge. We feel you shouldn’t have to pay for an unnecessary repair call.
